8. Broker Dependency

Performance of Private EA V1.1 depends significantly on the broker used. Differences in spreads, execution speed, liquidity, and trading conditions may result in varying outcomes. The provider does not guarantee identical results across brokers.

9. Updates and Modifications

The provider reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the trading software at any time and change features, algorithms, or parameters without prior notice.
