These terms describe yoforexai.com, AI analysis information, dashboard account access at app.yoforexai.com, and MetaTrader 5 product information. Dashboard subscriptions, analysis credits and separate EA licenses have different entitlements. Review the terms shown for your specific product, version and payment channel before purchase.

AI-generated chart analysis and signal information can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. It is provided for research and educational use and is not a guarantee, personal recommendation, or substitute for checking current market and broker information.
MetaTrader software
Expert Advisors run in a user-controlled MetaTrader 5 environment. Broker rules, account mode, symbols, spreads, margin, connectivity, settings, and market conditions affect their behavior. Automation and hedging do not guarantee a profit or prevent loss.
Pricing and billing
Dashboard Free, Pro and Max plans and analysis credits are separate from Dynamic Hedger access and Private EA licenses. Prices and entitlements apply only to the named product and version. Confirm the seller, payment schedule, renewal status, cancellation method, license duration, permitted accounts and refund conditions before payment.
Risk and responsibility
Forex and leveraged trading can produce losses greater than expected. You are responsible for deciding whether a broker, account, product, setting, and level of exposure are appropriate for you. Test software behavior before live use and monitor open exposure.
Documentation and changes
Use the documentation and license terms for the version supplied to you and keep a record of your settings and purchase terms. The published Private EA V1.1 and V3.16 terms state that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, with a digital-product explanation about granted license access.
